Rick & JacquelineIn 2011, we bought this cottage on the Courtenay River because of its unique location and charming character. We lovingly renovated and redecorated with you in mind, sharing our cottage with visitors and helping you to access the best of Vancouver Island is our pleasure. We feel privileged to be living in the Comox Valley and hope that you will discover the attraction of our Valley that the native people called “Land of Plenty”. We are certain that you will be delighted with the peaceful atmosphere of living by the River and the convenience of the restaurants and shopping nearby. Whatever you decide to partake in here, you will be sure to have enjoyed your visit to our River Cottage.

Courtenay River Cottage is less than one hour north of Nanaimo and 2½ hours north of Victoria.We are 35 minutes south of Campbell River and 3½ hours south of Port Hardy.
